Rates & Rules

 For your safety, convenience and enjoyment and that of our other guests, the following rules must be observed.  

• Please all wash dishes, pots and pans and put them away. 
• Take out all trash, Chemical Toilet bags for Glamping Tents and put in dumpster.
• An extra charge of $75.00 will be charged for not cleaning dishes, pots and pans and putting them away or for leaving trash inside cabins, leaving waste in Chemical toilet or moving furniture around inside or outside the units.
• Minors must be supervised by a responsible adult.
• 5 mph speed limit in campground.  
• Please pick up all trash and deposit in    the dumpsters on the road between the office and the cabins.  
• Please restrict glass containers away from or near river.  
• Campfires in fire pits & BBQ pits only. These are provided, and only when there are no BURN BANS.  
• Discharge of fireworks or firearms and hunting is strictly prohibited on site.  
• Quiet time 10 p.m. till 8 a.m.  
• Please be polite with music   
• No offensive language or behavior  
• Cabins and campsites must be kept clean and neat at all times.  
• Pets allowed on leash only.  Pet damage will be charged a minimum of $250.00.
• No smoking inside cabins. Smoking Violation cleaning fee is a minimum of $350.00 
• DAMAGES: A minimum $500.00 fee will be assessed for damages to cabins, main residence, or any belongings on the premises or neighboring properties.
• No one is allowed inside Triple C EAP fence with the horses on any of the horse or on the property or inside the RV (office) adjoining Triple C EAP facility.  Any person found inside the Triple C EAP property will be asked to vacate A Peace of Heaven Cabins & RV.
• Please respect privacy of any person in session at Triple C EAP.
• Please do not feed horses as they are working partners and are all on special diets.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

A credit card is required to be on file for all rentals for incidentals including 3rd party rentals through Booking.com, Hotels.com, Expedia....

A deposit of 50% is required upon booking.  Balance is due upon arrival (For Major Holidays, Special Events -Balance is due 14 days prior to arrival) NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON DURING ECLIPSE. Deposit will be forfeited as a result of any of the following:  

• Occupant checking out prior to the end of time reserved 
• Canceling because of weather (unless roads are closed by state highway department) 
• Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival date
• There is a minimum of $50 per unit charge for all cancellations 

Policies regarding RV camping: 

 A Maximum of 6 people per site  

• Two car limit  
• We do not have outside bathroom facilities, so unit must be self contained
