Rates & Rules

 For your safety, convenience and enjoyment and that of our other guests, the following rules must be observed.  

• Minors must be supervised by a responsible adult.
• 5 mph speed limit in campground.  
• Please pick up all trash.  
• Please restrict glass containers away from or near river.  
• Campfires in fire pits & BBQ pits only. These are provided, and only when there are no BURN BANS.  
• Discharge of fireworks or firearms and hunting prohibited on site.  
• Quiet time 10 p.m. till 8 a.m.  
• Please be polite with music   
• No offensive language or behavior  
• Cabins and campsites must be kept clean and neat at all times.  
• Pets allowed on leash only.  
• No smoking within cabins. Smoking Violation fee is $250 
• DAMAGES: A minimum $250 fee will be assessed for damages to cabins, main residence, or any belongings on the premises or neighboring properties. 

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY A deposit of 50% is required upon booking.  Balance is due upon arrival (For Major Holidays -Balance is due  14 days prior to arrival) Deposit will be forfeited as a result of any of the following:

• Occupant checking out prior to the end of time reserved 
• Canceling because of weather (unless roads are closed) 
• Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival date  
• Deposit will be refunded 50% is accommodations are re-rented for the entire canceled time)  
• There is a minimum of $25 per unit charge for all cancellations 

Policies regarding RV camping:

• Maximum of 6 people per site  
• Two car limit
